Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for the educational content services and digital materials provided by Wisdomlure Hub. Because much of our work is custom and delivered digitally, please read this policy carefully before engaging us.
1.Overview
We want you to be satisfied with the materials we create. Our services are largely custom and project-based, which means significant time and effort begins as soon as a project is underway. This policy sets out when refunds may and may not be available, and how to request one.
2.Nature of our work
Wisdomlure Hub develops bespoke educational materials, including course content, guides, worksheets, learning pathways, and related digital resources. These deliverables are tailored to your goals and, once created and delivered, generally cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. This affects how refunds are assessed, as described below.
3.Deposits and initial payments
A project may require a deposit or initial payment before work begins. Deposits cover scheduling, planning, and the early stages of work. Once we have started work on your project, deposits are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
4.Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel a project before we have begun any work, you may be entitled to a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable deposit or third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Please notify us in writing as early as possible so we can confirm the status of your project.
5.Cancellation after work has begun
If you cancel after work has started, refunds are assessed based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. You will remain responsible for the value of work already performed, and any refund will reflect only the portion of fees for work not yet carried out, where applicable.
6.Completed and delivered digital materials
Once final materials have been delivered, or once access to a digital resource has been provided, those deliverables are generally non-refundable, because they cannot be returned and the work has been fully performed. Please review drafts and deliverables carefully during the project so that any concerns can be addressed before final delivery.
7.Revisions come first
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, our first step is to correct it through the revision process included in your project, rather than issuing a refund. We will work with you to bring the materials in line with what was agreed. A refund will only be considered where we are genuinely unable to deliver the agreed scope.
8.How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing using the details at the end of this policy. Please include your name, project details, the date of purchase or agreement, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to assess the request fairly.
9.Processing approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period after approval. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your payment provider. Any applicable third-party transaction fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
10.Exceptions and discretion
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. In addition, we may, at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, offer a refund or partial refund in circumstances not described above. Doing so does not create an obligation to do the same in other cases.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or agreement will apply to that engagement.
