Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Wisdomlure Hub website and the educational content services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.Agreement to these Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or commissioning any service from Wisdomlure Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the website or engage our services.
2.Who we are and what we do
Wisdomlure Hub provides online learning and digital education support services. We develop structured e-learning materials, self-paced educational resources, digital course organization, knowledge development guides, worksheets and templates, learning pathway structuring, practice tasks, and related learning resources for individuals and business learners.
Our work is centered on creating clear, usable educational content. The specific deliverables, scope, and timeline of any engagement are defined in the project description or quote agreed between you and Wisdomlure Hub.
3.Educational and informational purpose only
All materials and services provided by Wisdomlure Hub are educational and informational in nature. They are intended to support learning, organization, and skill development. They are not a substitute for professional, accredited, licensed, financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice.
Specifically, our services do not include and should not be interpreted as:
- Accredited academic degrees, diplomas, or formal qualifications;
- Licensed professional training or regulated certification programs;
- Financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice;
- Any guarantee of employment, income, examination results, or specific learning outcomes.
You are responsible for determining whether any material is appropriate for your circumstances and for complying with any standards, accreditation, or regulatory requirements that apply to you or your organization.
4.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to engage our services or enter into an agreement with us. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
5.Projects, deliverables, and scope
Each engagement is defined by an agreed scope that describes the materials to be produced, the formats of delivery, the number of revision rounds, and the timeline. Work, requests, or materials that fall outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but delivery dates depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from you. Delays in providing requested information or materials may extend delivery dates accordingly.
6.Quotes, fees, and payment
Fees for a project are set out in the quote provided to you before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for the period indicated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone payments, or final balance, will be specified in the quote or project agreement. We may pause or withhold delivery of materials where agreed payments are outstanding.
7.Revisions and acceptance
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the agreed scope. Revision requests should be consolidated and provided within a reasonable period after delivery of a draft. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to further fees.
Materials are considered accepted once you confirm acceptance or after a reasonable review period has passed without substantive feedback following final delivery.
8.Intellectual property and ownership
Upon full payment for a project, the final learning materials we create specifically for you are transferred to you for use, adaptation, and distribution within the agreed scope, unless the project agreement states otherwise.
Wisdomlure Hub retains ownership of its own pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, internal tools, and any general know-how used to produce deliverables. We may showcase non-confidential aspects of completed work as examples of our capabilities unless you ask us in writing not to do so. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
9.Client responsibilities and provided content
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, data, or materials you provide to us are accurate and that you have the rights necessary to share them and to allow us to use them for the project. You agree not to provide material that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not authorized to share.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables for factual accuracy and suitability before publishing or relying on them.
10.Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, introduce malicious code, or use the site to infringe the rights of others. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
11.Third-party tools and resources
Our materials may reference or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third parties, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
12.No guarantee of results
While we work to produce high-quality, well-structured educational materials, we do not warrant that the materials will achieve any particular outcome. Learning results depend on many factors outside our control, including how the materials are used and applied.
13.Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with a project and to use it only for the purpose of carrying out that project. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that must be disclosed by law.
14.Term and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. Where no specific terms apply, either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the termination date, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
15.Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdomlure Hub disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
16.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdomlure Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
17.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisdomlure Hub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or deliverables, or content you provided to us in violation of the rights of a third party.
18.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Kentucky, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
19.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20.Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Together with any project agreement and the policies referenced on our site, these Terms form the entire agreement between you and Wisdomlure Hub regarding the website and our services.
